As such, we have developed a program to maximize the use one of the most underutlized resources in any market: People.
Referral Program details:
We will pay you for anyone you refer to us who is hired by our clients. It is as simple as that. We do not pay referral fees for any position, but rather for those that are listed on this page. On this page, we will provide the title, location, salary, a brief descriotion of what the position entails or what the client is looking for, and of course, the fee we would pay for anyone referred to use who is hired by our client. Positions:
Litigation Specialist - Accident Benefits: Requires someone who is experienced working with accident benefit files that are in litigation. Can work out of either Toronto, Hamilton or London office. Referral fee of $3000.
Senior Accident Benefit Field Advisor: Work from home opportunity for someone who is experienced working in the field with accident benefit files. GTA. Salary plus car. $2000
Senior Accident Benefits Analyst: Requires a minimum of 3 years of AB file handling with experience handling senior level files. Opportunities available in Toronto West, Toronto Central, Toronto North and Burlington. Salary negotiable. $2000
Business Analyst - Claims: Looking for an experienced BA who also has experience working with claims. Business Objects not necessary but a huge plus. Toronto. $2000
Product Manager: Requires background in product management, underwriting and pricing. Also requires manuscript experience. 95-100K plus 15-25% bonus. $3000
Senior Casualty Manager - Commercial Underwriting: Requires an individual with strong technical UW skills in commercial lines and good communication skills for the production part of the role. Position pays between 115-125K plus 15-25% bonus. - $5000
AB Claims Specialist: Must be experienced with complex, cat and litigation files. Can work out of Toronto, London, Hamilton or Barrie locations. 70-75 salary. $2500
Accicent Benefit Supervisor: Looking for a strong leader experienced in managing a team of AB Adjusters. Salary range of 70-85K. Located in London. $3000
Recovery Specialist: Must have a strong technical background with multi claims and good subrogation experience. Pays up to 80K. Located in Toronto East. $2500
Accident Benefit Analyst: Requires an individual with at least 2 years of experience handling AB files from start through to completition. Burlington or Toronto $2000
