HireCorp Solutions' search process ensompasses all facets of recruiting from advertising to headhunting. Our proprietary database of candidates for the industries we service, such as insurance, is one of the most comprehensive in the industry. Despite all our efforts, there are times when the resources available to us are not sufficient to locate the perfect candidate. As such, we have developed a program to maximize the use one of the most underutlized resources in any market: People.
Referral Program details:
We will pay you for anyone you refer to us who is hired by our clients. It is as simple as that. We do not pay referral fees for any position, but rather for those that are listed on this page. On this page, we will provide the title, location, salary, a brief descriotion of what the position entails or what the client is looking for, and of course, the fee we would pay for anyone referred to use who is hired by our client. Clicking on the title of the position will take you to the full job description.
Please ensure that if you do refer someone that they provide us your name so that we know who to pay the referral fee to.

Large Loss Adjuster: Requires an individual experienced with high value/complex claims in the Eastern Ontario regions - Work from home - $3000
Senior Accident Benefit Adjuster: Requires an individual with at least 5 years of experience to handle senior level and complex AB files. Burlington $2000
Recovery Specialist: Requires senior level claims professional experienced with complex recovery in both personal and commercial claims. Scarborough - $3000
Accident Benefit Analyst: Requires an individual with at least 2 years of experience handling AB files from start through to completition. Toronto $2000
Portfolio Litigation Specislist: Requires an individual with a strong background in Bodily Injury claims and the litigation process. Toronto - $2500
Accident Benefit Analyst: Requires an individual with at least 2 years of experience to handle AB files from start through to completition. Etobicoke $2000
