HireCorp Solutions'  search process ensompasses all facets of recruiting from advertising to headhunting. Our proprietary database of candidates for the industries we service, such as insurance, is one of the most comprehensive in the industry.   Despite all our efforts, there are times when the resources available to us are not sufficient to locate the perfect candidate.  As such, we have developed a program to maximize the use one of the most underutlized resources in any market: People.




Referral Program Details:

We will pay you for anyone you refer to us who is hired by our clients.  It is as simple as that.  We do not pay referral fees for any position, but rather for those that are listed on this page.  On this page, we will provide the title, location, salary, a brief descriotion of what the position entails or what the client is looking for, and of course, the fee we would pay for anyone referred to use who is hired by our client.  Full job descriptions are available on our "Opportunities" page.

Positions:

Sr. Claims Advisor-Special Investigations Unit: Investigates, negotiates and settles SIU claims of higher complexity by telephone, in person and/or written correspondence.  Salary 70-75K.  $2500

Team Leader, Sales: Leading a team responsible for the sales and service of home and auto products, our cleint requires an individual experienced leading a team of sales and service reps regardless of industry.  Must have exceptionally strong leadership and development skills.  Salary 58-65K.  $2000

Actuarial Analyst - Personal Lines Pricing:  Work closely with the team and other underwriting departments to provide pricing support for our personal lines products. You will have an opportunity to develop actuarial pricing techniques, communication skills and leadership skills.  Salary negotiable.  $2500

Senior Actuarial Analyst:  The individual will participate in commercial lines rate review, assumptions study, indication and predictive modeling.  Salary negotiable.  $2500 

Actuarial Specialist, Reserving: Work closely with the team to analyze and understand the companies’ performance from a reserving point of view.  Salary negotiable.  $2500

Actuarial Analyst:  Work closely with the team and other finance departments to build leading edge stochastic economic capital and insurance forecasting models.  Salary negotiable.  $2500

Residential Field Analyst: Responsible for the handling of residential field claims requiring on-site inspections; scoping of damages, assigning appropriate contractor or supplier as required; meeting with the insured to provide guidance to facilitate claim settlement.  52-62K plus car and home office set-up.  $2000

Senior Underwriting Specialist: This position requires an individual who is experienced with auto and home personal lines insurance.  Is to work for one of Canada's largest insurance companies.  Salary negotiable.  Central Toronto. $2000

Senior Accident Benefits Analyst: Requires a minimum of 3 years of AB file handling with experience handling senior level files.  Opportunities available in Scarborough, Toronto Northeast, London, Markham/Richmond Hill,  Salary negotiable. $2000

Accicent Benefit Supervisor: Looking for a strong leader experienced in managing a team of AB Adjusters.  Salary range of 70-85K.  Located in Burlington.  $3000
